Made-to-Order Policy

All products are custom-made to order. Because all items are made-to-order, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After 12 hours, cancellation or changes are not guaranteed, as production may have already started.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Color preference
  • Design choice
  • Change of mind

Please review all product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Printed incorrectly

Please contact us. We will provide a free replacement in most cases, instead of a return.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in limited situations:

  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect or poor-quality printing

Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or refund (replacement is typically prioritized).

30-Day Claim Window

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests after this period may not be accepted.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • We will send a replacement at no cost
  • A refund will be issued only if replacement is not possible
